About

About Air Fryer Recipes

We turn popular cooking videos into clear, written air fryer recipes - with the exact temperatures and cook times - so you can get straight to the recipe instead of scrubbing through a video.

What this site is

Some of the best air fryer techniques on the internet are locked inside long YouTube videos - a home cook's crackling pork belly, a chef's Michelin-star chip, a creator's honest test of what actually works at what temperature. If you just want to cook it tonight, scrubbing back through the video for the temperature and the timing is slow going.

Air Fryer Recipes fixes that. We take a popular cooking video, write the recipe out in full, and adapt it for a standard UK air fryer. Every ingredient, every step, the exact temperature, the honest cook time, written down so you can read it in seconds and start cooking. That is the whole offer.

How we make a recipe

We are open about the process, because the process is what makes the recipes reliable:

  1. We pick a strong source video. It has to be a genuinely popular, well-reviewed cooking video - not a thin one.
  2. We transcribe it. The creator's spoken method becomes text we can work from.
  3. We extract the recipe with a strict source-fidelity rule. Quantities, temperatures, timings and steps come from what the creator actually said. If a quantity or a temperature is not stated in the video, it is not invented. If a step is not shown, it is not padded out.
  4. We adapt it for a standard UK air fryer and rewrite it in plain British English with metric-first measurements.
  5. We credit the creator. Every recipe page names the original cook, links their video, and embeds it - so you can still watch the original if you want to.

Editorial standards

  • British English, metric measurements first, with an imperial toggle.
  • Temperatures in °C by default, with the °F conversion where useful.
  • Honest prep and cook times - including basket-shakes and flip-halfway steps.
  • Every recipe credits and links its source. We do not pass off other cooks' work as our own.
  • No invented quantities, no padding, no filler.

Who runs it

Air Fryer Recipes is run and edited by Richard. He chooses the source videos, adapts each recipe for the air fryer, and reviews the result.
