This Ninja Dual Zone whole roast chicken uses a generous wet marinade built around a steak and chops marinade, lemon, garlic and warm spices. The bird is brushed all over, rested in the fridge, then roasted breast side down before being flipped and basted. A short blast on the air fry setting at the end crisps the skin without drying out the meat. Serve with rice, roast potatoes or veg.
